Jeff Szabo, of the Village of Babylon, chief executive at the Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale, has been appointed trustee for the Village of Babylon.

Angele Negri-Welch, of Islip, has been hired as a senior compensation specialist at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Welch was a director at Warby Parker in Manhattan.
