A Talk with Tiffany Scholar, Arlie Sulka

In her talk, “The Legacy of Louis Comfort Tiffany,” Arlie Sulka explores the enduring influence of the celebrated artist and designer. A graduate of Smith College, Ms. Sulka is the owner of the world-renowned Tiffany gallery, Lillian Nassau LLC in New York City. Lillian Nassau, the gallery’s founder, has been credited with reviving interest in and creating the market for the work of Louis Comfort Tiffany. A recognized specialist and dealer in late 19th- and early 20th-century decorative arts, Ms. Sulka has been a devoted student of the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany and Tiffany Studios for over 45 years. Since joining the gallery in 1980 and assuming ownership in 2006, she has lectured in museums, published articles and books, and appeared as a guest appraiser on PBS’ Antiques Roadshow for over 28 years.
