Martita Goshen's "The Way of the Whale"
An immersive experience for all, from 5 years of age and up...exploring the way of the whale. Explore their unique movement patterns, vocalizations, and behaviors that lead to their harmonious lives. What are whales trying to tell us? What can we learn from their brilliance and harmonious lives? Attire is loose clothes and socks. Workshop includes warmup, breaking into pods, traveling, leaping, and joyful movement offerings to the whales and the ocean.
