Cops ID man found shot dead in North Sea home Christmas morning
Suffolk police have identified the man killed in a North Sea fatal shooting on Christmas morning as 53-year-old Steven Byrnes.
Southampton Town police responded to a burglary call at a Roses Grove Road home about 8:45 a.m. where they discovered Byrnes who had been shot, police said in a news release.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Suffolk County homicide detectives are investigating
