A man was killed on Monday evening after crashing his motorcycle in Uniondale, police said.

The 28-year-old man riding a 2011 Suzuki motorcycle crashed just before 6 p.m. on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard near Meadow Street, Nassau County police said.

The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Police did not identify the rider or give any details about the crash. No other injuries were reported.
