Police charged Mayosky with driving while impaired by drugs, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of first-degree vehicular assault, second-degree vehicular assault, second-degree assault, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and three counts of aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving, the Nassau County Police Department said.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead. Attorney information for Mayosky was not immediately available.
