<p>President Donald Trump&#39;s sweeping agenda since his return to office has affected Long Islanders in many ways,&nbsp;from the tax cuts in his &quot;Big, Beautiful Bill&quot; to cuts in safety net programs and stepped up efforts to oust undocumented people.</p>

<p>Gas prices on Long Island have seen daily increases since the war with Iran began in late February and were up a dollar a gallon over the war&#39;s first month, according to online pricing data from AAA.</p>
