Southern State Parkway reopens after early morning crash

All lanes of the Southern State Parkway reopened Tuesday morning after a four-car crash had closed two eastbound lanes, authorities said.

The center and right eastbound lanes near Exit 40/Robert Moses Causeway were closed just after 6 a.m., according to 511NY

They lanes reopened about an hour later, according to New York State Police spokesperson Trooper Brittany Burton. 

Those involved in the crash suffered minor injuries, she said.
