Police are investigating an early-morning crash that killed a Queens man riding an e-bike in Medford on Friday.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Route 112 and Woodside Avenue at 6:17 a.m., Suffolk County police said in an email.

Police identified the e-bike rider as Gilberto Guilbe, 35, of Far Rockaway, and said he was headed east on Woodside Avenue when he collided with a 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck headed north on Route 112.

The teen pickup truck driver was not injured — and, has not been charged, police said.

Guilbe was transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk in Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Fifth Squad detectives are asking anyone with information about the crash to contact them at 631-854-8552. Police said both the e-bike and pickup truck were impounded for safety checks.
