A Bridgehampton estate is on the market for $8.995 million. The taxes are $18,905, and the property is in the Bridgehampton Union Free School District.
This is the first time the home has been for sale, said Tyler Whitman, of The Agency. He is co-listing the property with Randi Ball.
"It’s a pretty iconic house on Butter Lane," Whitman said.
The home was completed by Bocchino Theisen Builders in 2020. It contains four bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms, and totals 5,932 square feet.

The modern build boasts 25-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and a second-story balcony. Outside, there is an elevated deck, in-ground pool complete with a pool house, and a detached garage. The house sits on a 0.93-acre lot.

"Both across the street and to the south are just open farm fields," Whitman said. "So it feels extremely private, and your views really are just open fields."
The home includes ample windows and glass doors to take in the scenery. "The way everything is laid out, it captures natural light throughout the day perfectly," the agent said.
There is a spa on the lower level of the home, which includes a sauna, a full bathroom with a steam shower and a room for a massage table.

"It does feel like you’re in a private room at a very high-end spa," he added.
