The house that hosts all the drama, romance and soirées of the Bravo reality series "Summer House" is for sale. The 8,700-square-foot Sag Harbor home recently hit the market for $5.65 million.
Built in 2002, the three-level house features seven bedrooms and 8½ bathrooms. It sits on a 4.3-acre lot, on Deerfield Road. The property is listed by Alfredo Barreto and Vincent Horcasitas, of Saunders & Associates. The agents will be hosting open houses "in the coming weekends," Barreto said.
"It's a traditional home, it's very Hamptonian," Barreto said. "We're getting a lot of action, a lot of eyes on the property. And you have $10 million properties across the street from it, so it's prime real estate."

The backyard boasts a heated pool and spa, along with a pool house. Other highlights include a gym, meditation room, detached garage and home movie theater.
"Usually, home theaters are in the lower levels of houses," Barreto said. "This home theater is in the second floor and has a really nice sized terrace."
The home is ideal for anybody's summer retreat, the agent added. "It has all the bells and whistles someone can ask for," he said.
"Summer House" has filmed five of its 10 seasons at the residence. The series follows a group of friends traveling from New York City to spend their summers in the Hamptons. So far, there has been no announcement regarding an 11th season of the show, and it's unclear how the sale would affect filming.
