Sorting the 10 NFL teams with 0-2 records from least to most surprising:
1. Titans: With a rookie quarterback and not much else it’s going to take a while in Nashville.
2. Saints: Ditto in New Orleans.
3. Browns: There seems to be some deep-seeded dysfunction in the organization but everyone likes Joe Flacco.
4. Giants: They were pegged for 0-2 the day the schedule came out in the spring. Russell Wilson gave them a puncher’s chance in Dallas but the Cowboys kicked their way out of it.
5. Jets: They didn’t win the offseason by design and so far haven’t won in the regular season either.
6. Panthers: Was hoping for more from Bryce Young. Maybe it’s coming.
7. Dolphins: More surprised at how bad they have looked than by their record.
8. Bears: Their offseason moves should have made them better.
9. Kansas City: A really tough schedule (so far) but it’s still jarring to see them this vulnerable.
10. Texans: C.J. Stroud’s sophomore slump continuing into his junior year is disappointing, especially after two winnable games.
