Eloise Alveari, Kellenberg, Fr.

As an eighth-grader at Babylon, Alveari finished fifth in the Suffolk individual championships and will look to impact the Catholic league. “She has a passion for it,” Kellenberg coach Keith Doran said. “She has an energy that spreads around the team, and as a freshman that’s refreshing to see.”

Dagny Beasley, Westhampton Beach, Sr.

Beasley finished fourth in the Suffolk individual championship and qualified for the state tournament.

Madison Chen, Manhasset, Sr.

Chen was Newsday’s Golfer of the Year in 2025. She placed first in the Nassau individual championship, shooting 3-over-par 145 over two days. She placed 27th in the state championship.

Evelyn Chou, Herricks, Soph.

Chou placed fifth at the Nassau championship with rounds of 77 and 81.

Ava Estrella, Friends Academy, Sr.

Estrella shot 13-over 155 and finished fourth at the Nassau championship.

Ella Girard, Ward Melville, Sr.

Girard won her second straight Suffolk individual title with a 14-over 156. “She doesn’t give up,” Ward Melville coach Nicole Kennedy said. “In the face of adversity, she fights till the end and she’s looking for another county win with the right focus.”

Madison Marshak, Riverhead, Soph.

She finished seventh in the Suffolk individual championships and will be Riverhead’s No. 1 golfer this season.

Emilia Parlow, St. Anthony’s, Soph.

She took home the NSCHSGAA individual title with a career-low 1-over 73. “She’s so dedicated and incredibly focused,” St. Anthony’s coach Kathy Calfa said. “She is a student of the game and always wants to do better.”

Elie Poremba, Southampton/Pierson, Soph.

Poremba finished second at the Suffolk championship with a 19-over 161 and helped her team win a county title.

Caylin Wong, Great Neck District, Sr.

Wong led all Long Island golfers at the state championship, placing ninth with an 8-over 152. “Caylin has amazing ball-striking ability,” Great Neck coach Matt Corrigan said. “Her composure in competitive environments is what makes her an elite player.”
