Kyla Walling scored the winning goal off a corner kick from Kaiya Dent with five minutes left in the second half, giving Comsewogue girls soccer its first lead of the game in its 3-2 comeback win against Deer Park Monday in Suffolk II.
Trailing by two, Madison Maher scored two goals within 60 seconds to tie the game with 10 minutes remaining in the second half for Comsewogue (4-0). Malak Oztimurlenk had two goals for Deer Park (1-1).
Division 1, Baldwin 0: Madison Messina scored from the 18-yard line with 11:48 left in the first half for Division (2-1-1) in Nassau III. Antonia Bruno had five saves to keep the clean sheet. Dee Ikechukwu had 12 saves for Baldwin (1-3).
Bayport-Blue Point 2, Kings Park 1: Connor Leahy had a goal and an assist to lead Bayport-Blue Point (1-0) in Suffolk III. Kailey Bruckner added a goal and Aila Cahill had an assist.
Sachem East 2, Newfield 0: Ella Scotti scored from 25 yards out with two minutes left in the first half to lead Sachem East (3-0) in Suffolk I. Ella Arculeo added a goal off an assist from Aubrey Canale.
Centereach 3, Westhampton 2: Haylie Bordonaro had two goals and Jaylee Maradiaga added another for Centereach (1-0) in Suffolk II. Nicole Fink had two goals for Westhampton (0-2-1).
Harborfields 2, Smithtown East 2: Nora Ruddy scored off an assist from Molly Walsh midway through the second half, tying the game for Harborfields (0-0-3). Walsh also had a goal. Lindsay Delgado had two goals for Smithtown East (0-0-1).
SATURDAY’S GAMES
Eastport-South Manor 1, Somers 0: Kylie Herrera’s cross in the 26th minute met Gia DaCunha’s head for the game-winning goal for Eastport-South Manor (2-0) in its non-league match. Meave Gayer had five saves.
Wantagh 3, Cold Spring Harbor 2: Shannon Udell had one goal and one assist and Brianne Schoelle and Nessa Schoepfer each added a goal to lead Wantagh (1-1) in Nassau A/B-I. Charlotte Madigan made 11 saves for Cold Spring Harbor.
Carle Place 2, Mineola 1: Daniella Correia scored a penalty kick and assisted eighth grader Julianna Lugris for Carle Place (2-0) in Nassau AB-II. Jena Sweeney scored for Mineola in the 23rd minute off an assist from Paige Accardi. Emma Barros made seven saves for Carle Place. Erin Gayson made five for Mineola.
BOYS SOCCER
Oceanside 1, Freeport 0: Sean Brosokas headed in Sean Mahoney’s free kick with less than 15 minutes remaining, giving Oceanside (2-0) the win over Freeport in Nassau AAA.
Bay Shore 3, Central Islip 1: Mark Persaud, Kenneth Tamay, Hugo Moreno each scored a goal for Bay Shore (2-0) in Suffolk I. Stiven Gereda made 15 saves.
SATURDAY’S GAMES
Cold Spring Harbor 2, Friends Academy 1: Ryoma Furukawa had the game-winning header off an assist from Josh Stimpfl in the 65th minute to win the Nassau AB-III game for Cold Spring Harbor (2-1). Graydon Vitagliano also scored for the Seahawks. Jack Byrnes made seven saves for Friends Academy (1-1).
Westhampton 2, East Hampton 1: Anthony Atkinson scored the game-winner off a corner kick from Nicholas Paga in the first overtime period to lead Westhampton (2-0) in Suffolk II. Atkinson tied the score at one with ten seconds remaining in the first half, heading in a free kick from Dougie Owens. Adrian Arango made three saves for East Hampton (0-2).
Smithtown East 2, Centereach 1: Anthony Puleo converted a direct free kick from 21 yards with seven minutes remaining in the first overtime to lead Smithtown East (1-0-1). Puleo also scored the Bulls’ first goal with six minutes remaining in regulation to force overtime. Carlos DePinho scored for Centereach.
West Islip 0, West Babylon 0: Jake Whelan stopped a point-blank bicycle kick in the second overtime period to preserve the tie for West Babylon. Whelan finished the game with 12 saves. Michael Hazelton made nine saves for West Islip
GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Longwood: 3, Brentwood: 1: Sam Rostron had 36 digs, Gabriella Massian had 29 digs and Chidera Okocha added 11 blocks as Longwood (2-1) won, 25-20, 15-25, 25-20, 25-17, in Suffolk I.
Sachem East 3, Whitman 0: Bridget Hansen had 12 kills, 15 assists and two aces, Gabby Rice had nine kills and two blocks and Ella Richter had nine digs and 17 assists as Sachem East (3-0) won, 25-15, 25-21, 25-10, in Suffolk I.

Great Neck North 6, Hempstead 1: Gary Ng and Albert Lai of Great Neck North (1-1) battled back to defeat James Fuentes and Charly Martinez of Hempstead (0-2) in fourth doubles, 12-21, 21-6, 21-14 in Nassau II.
