For the second straight night, portions of the Mets game on SNY were inadvertently broadcast in Spanish for some viewers.

The glitch appeared to be mainly affecting viewers watching on Verizon Fios.

Gary Cohen and Ron Darling addressed the issue on the air in the first inning on Thursday night during a Luis Roberts at-bat.

“Ronnie, how's your Spanish?” Cohen asked.

“My Spanish is all right,” Darling said.

“Robert takes it high,” Cohen said. “Because apparently the last two nights, there have been stretches where on our broadcast in certain areas, people have been getting the Spanish audio. And, you know, my Spanish is terrible. I can do a little French.”

An SNY spokesperson declined to comment.

Multiple users complained on X to the Verizon Support account on Thursday night and were given the same response: “We've been getting many reports of the SNY channel coming through in Spanish. After looking into it, we found that it seems to be a broadcast issue with SNY, since other customers with Xfinity are having the same issue. We're hoping it will be resolved quickly!”
