Love is in the air for pop stars and NFL players.
First it was Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen, then Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, now Jericho’s Madison Beer and Justin Herbert.
The Long Island native found fame through Justin Bieber in 2012 after he reposted a link to her YouTube video signing her cover to "At Last" by Etta James.
Although she went on to launch her own music career, she never forgets her roots.
Beer, 27, publicly announced her engagement to Herbert, 28, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback in a joint social media post on Tuesday.
Among the engagement post is a picture of Herbert in a white long sleeve and black pants getting down on one knee under a floral gazebo, to Beer crouching down in a beige cardigan and white laced skirt.
The couple sparked dating rumors last August, after being seen at Beer's "Angel Wings" music video shoot in Los Angeles.
Their relationship was confirmed two months later, after the two shared a sideline kiss during the Chargers vs. Washington Commanders game.
Herbert's coach Jim Harbaugh also encouraged his absence during the second phase of the Chargers' voluntary offseason program to support Beer on her tour.
Beer completed The Locket Tour, held across Europe and North America from May 11 to July 13, just in time to become a fiancee.
After only publicly dating for a year, the couple is ready to say ‘I Do’ as the post included a picture of a wooden sign "Mr and Mrs Herbert."
