'Sopranos' actors coming to Riverhead this fall

It's going to be a mob scene at The Suffolk in Riverhead on Oct. 4 as the theater gets set to present "A Night With the Cast of 'The Sopranos.' "

Matt Servitto, who played FBI Special Agent Harris will serve as emcee of the event, which will also feature actors Jason Cerbone, who played Jackie Aprile Jr., Dan Grimaldi (Patsy and Philly Parisi) and Robert Funaro (Eugene Pontecorvo). Also set to appear is "a surprise mystery guest," according to the theater.

The evening will feature clips from the series, behind-the-scenes stories from the cast, discussions about classic episodes and a Q&A with the audience. The actors will be seated at tables decked out with red-and-white checkered tablecloths in front of a backdrop of Satriale’s Pork Store, a popular hangout for the show's characters.

Tickets are $35-$69 and can be purchased by calling 631-727-4343 or at thesuffolk.org, There is also a $119 VIP package available that guarantees ticket holders the closest seating to the stage, entrance to the venue two hours before showtime, an escort to meet the cast on stage, an 8x10 signed photo of the actors, a photo op with the cast members and the chance to meet the mystery guest before the show.

Live "Sopranos" events have proved to be popular with Long Island audiences, including a previous "Night With the Cast of 'The Sopranos' " at Bellmore Movies & Showplace in November. After that event sold out, Bellmore did an encore in April.
