Having been on and off the market, Alec Baldwin's Amagansett home is now listed for $19.995 million — a reduction from the $21 million figure Newsday reported in December.

The five-bedroom home on Town Lane has five full and two half-bathrooms. Listing agent James Bradley, of Saunders & Associates, declined to comment on the price reduction. Taxes on the property total $52,575, according to the listing.

Property records show Baldwin has owned the home since at least the late 1990s, but do not list a build year. In December, Bradley told Newsday the house had undergone a restoration in 2017.

"A lot of our buyers at this price point appreciate and see the value of such rich history," Bradley said at the time. "And that's also something very unique about the property: It's a true restoration."

The listing describes the home as a "modern farmhouse on 5 acres overlooking 5 acres of agricultural reserve." Property records did not confirm the square footage of the house.

"Every detail of this impeccable cedar shingle retreat has been curated to maximize indoor/outdoor space and utilize natural light throughout the year," the listing reads.

Last month, Newsday reported the house was the backdrop for the TLC reality show "The Baldwins," released in 2025, and had been on the market before. The property was listed for just under $19 million in January 2024, Newsday has reported.
