Alec Baldwin's Hamptons home is back on the market, with a slightly higher price tag.

The Amagansett estate is now listed at $21 million. The property boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, totaling 9,000 square feet. The taxes are $48,388.

The house was taken off the market around "late summer, early fall" of last year, said listing agent Scott Bradley, of Saunders & Associates. It was previously listed for just shy of $19 million in January 2024. Nothing has changed about the property itself since then, Bradley said.

Spanning 5 acres and overlooking more than 3 acres of agricultural reserve, there is potential for a buyer to build a second home on the property, the agent said. He added that this is "really rare in the Town of East Hampton."

"So a guest home could be built on this property, in addition to what's currently there," Bradley said.

The house was built in the 1700s and has been updated twice, with the last restoration taking place in 2017, the agent said.

"It was a tremendous effort and cost for the sellers to do that," Bradley said. "The continuity in all this work has been painstaking, and I think that's also something buyers appreciate."

This home set the scene for "The Baldwins": The TLC reality show that premiered earlier this year that showed a glimpse into the lives of Baldwin, his wife, Hilaria, and their seven children. The series mostly took place in Amagansett, showing the family spending time at home and visiting East End spots.

A video on TLC's YouTube channel shows Baldwin giving a tour of the home, which he said he purchased in December 1995. His "favorite, but also one of the funniest parts" of the house is a large, sliding wood door in a hallway on the second level, Baldwin said.

Other standout details include two upper-level balconies, a wood-paneled library, wine-tasting room and movie theater. A 20-by-50-foot pool with a spa is in the backyard, surrounded by a 625-square-foot pavilion and stone fireplace.

"A lot of our buyers at this price point appreciate and see the value of such rich history," Bradley said. "And that's also something very unique about the property: It's a true restoration."
