George Lombard Jr. sent the Yankee Stadium crowd into a frenzy in the fifth inning on Tuesday night. In his second at-bat of his MLB debut, Lombard crushed a hanging breaking ball on an 0-and-2 pitch from Cardinals pitcher Hunter Dobbins into the left-field seats for a solo home run, the first hit of his career.
