NASSAU I

Josh Kama had 14 carries for 271 yards and four touchdowns and added a 60-yard kickoff return for a TD to lead host Farmingdale to a 51-28 win over Syosset in a Nassau I opener Friday night.

Jovens Theodate added four carries for 119 yards and two touchdowns. Mateo Morales had seven tackles and a sack and Theodate forced a fumble.

Liam Urrutia and Ryan Rosenfeld each caught a TD pass from Ethan Dizon for Syosset. Dizon and Michale Mifsud each ran for a touchdown.

Massapequa 58, Freeport 14: Luke Gargiulo threw for 130 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 76 yards and two TDs for host Massapequa. Cole Villalta had four catches for 65 yards and a TD. Tyler Byrnes caught a 31-yard touchdown pass and Giovanni Tarasi recorded a 20-yard pick-6.

Jayden Mosley ran for a 3-yard score and threw a 6-yard TD pass to Andrew Carter for Freeport.

SATURDAY’S GAMES

Hempstead 27, Westbury 12: Seth Montgomery threw two touchdown passes and ran for TDs of 8 and 50 yards to lead host Hempstead. Jonathan Davis had a 70-yard TD reception on Hempstead’s opening drive. Amare Collins caught a 30-yard TD pass.

Sylas Pratt caught a TD pass and Brandon Chavez had a TD run for Westbury.

Port Washington 42, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK 21: Harry Eynon completed 11 of 16 passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns to lead host Port Washington. Jimmy Gannon had six catches for 81 yards and a touchdown. Joe Fox rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Dylan Buckley returned an interception 50 yards for a touchdown.

Ethan Brake threw two touchdown passes and added a TD run for Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK.

Oceanside 51, Uniondale 6: Nicholas Carentz ran for a 25-yard touchdown and caught a 28-yard TD pass from Shane Harmon to lead visiting Oceanside. Harmon also threw a 20-yard touchdown to Jayden Belone. Chace Morris had a 12-yard TD run and Triscari added a rushing score as Oceanside scored 44 points in the first half. Darien Oliphant ran for a 35-yard TD for Uniondale.

Herricks/Wheatley 34, Hicksville 0: Yianni Doulis threw three touchdown passes and had a rushing touchdown to lead host Herricks/Wheatley. Riley Massinello had a 15-yard TD run. Stevie Aulicino caught a 30-yard TD pass and had an interception.

NASSAU II

Trevor Smith completed 4 of 8 passes for 141 yards and a TD and had 12 carries for 114 yards and three TDs to lead visiting East Meadow to a 49-13 win over Bellmore JFK in a Nassau II opener on Saturday.

James Galiano rushed for 187 yards and a TD on 21 carries and Nico Rodriguez added a TD run. Nick Schwabe had four receptions for 121 yards and a score.

Dylan Babek rushed for 62 yards and a TD on nine carries for Bellmore JFK.

Calhoun 48, New Hyde Park 7: Timmy Lynch completed 14 of 16 passes for 140 yards and four touchdowns and added 54 yards on five carries to lead visiting Calhoun.

Nick Maresca had three rushes for 66 yards and a TD and a 50-yard fumble return TD. Andrew Licari had two receptions for 44 yards and two TDs.

Jake Baci had three catches for 42 yards and a TD and added seven tackles and a pass breakup. Michael Teta had a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries,

Keith Schaefer added seven tackles and a pick-six and Jake Ciccimarro had six tackles.

MacArthur 36, Valley Stream Central 0: Ethan Shapiro rushed for two TDs to lead visiting MacArthur. Brian Lynch recovered a fumble in the end zone and Benny Arreago returned an interception 62 yards for a score. Thomas Murphy had a fumble recovery.

Baldwin 42, Glen Cove 0: Michael Jordan completed 10 of 13 passes for 175 yards and two TDs to lead host Baldwin. Aiden Johnson had seven carries for 75 yards and two TDs and Adam Hilburger had a 15-yard fumble return for a TD.

Ryan Healey had seven tackles, four TFLs and two sacks. Kymani Heaven added five tackles, three TFLs and two sacks.

FRIDAY’S GAMES

Jericho 30, Roslyn/Friends Academy 8: Max Spector threw for 121 yards and a touchdown and had a rushing TD to lead visiting Jericho. Brody Morgan had four receptions for 65 yards and a TD and rushed for 32 yards. JP Wang ran for a TD. Jake Morgan rushed for 50 yards.

Asher Berkowitz scored a 2-yard rushing TD for Roslyn/Friends Academy.

Mepham 42, Roosevelt 0: Patrick Cloudman had two rushing touchdowns to lead Mepham over host Roosevelt in Nassau II. Jack Weber and Lenny Achan each added a rushing TD and Lucas Eagleston caught a 35-yard TD pass from Ryan Radicone.

Paulie Genovese had nine tackles, including two for loss. Jack Weber added five tackles. Ryan Bayer made all six of his PATs.

NASSAU III

Stefano Borsellino completed eight passes for 181 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 109 yards on 12 carries to lead host Hewlett to a 35-12 win over Mineola in a Nassau III opener Friday night.

Dylan Parchment had 25 carries for 129 yards and two TDs. Jon Hillsberg caught two passes for 102 yards, including a 73-yard TD. Kobe Cox made 13 tackles, including two for loss, and a fumble recovery. Daniel Tolstykh had six tackles, three for loss and a sack.

Gavin McLaughlin had a 72-yard TD run and Evan Rodriguez returned a fumble 60 yards for a score for Mineola.

Wantagh 28, Valley Stream North 13: Luke Martini had 15 carries for 182 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 58 yards and a TD for host Wantagh. Martini also had an interception. Joe Nicholson added 101 rushing yards and a TD on 16 carries. Carter Loughman completed 6 of 7 passes for 103 yards and a TD.

Aidan Munro rushed for a 5-yard score and Izaiah Hill had a 2-yard TD run for Valley Stream North .

SATURDAY’S GAMES

Carey 35, Valley Stream South 0: Justin DePietro had seven carries for 183 yards and three touchdowns and made 13 tackles to lead host Carey. Theo Andrikopoulos had 13 tackles and recovered a fumble and Jaden Radow had three catches for 37 yards and a TD. Matt Lemite had five tackles and a sack and James McGrath had an intereception.

Floral Park 42, Sewanhaka 7: Justin Mallon completed 15 of 21 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns to Ryan Terwilliger. He also ran for 102 yards and two TDs for Floral Park.

Lance Williams rushed for a 3-yard TD for Sewanhaka.

South Side 35, Clarke 8: AJ Magaraci rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries to lead host South Side. Ethan Johnson added 11 carries for 85 yards and two TDs. Rob Cesario completed 10 of 17 passes for 124 yards and 1 TD.

Matthew Kurz ran for a 19-yard TD for Clarke.

NASSAU IV

Jayden Johnson ran for the tying 27-yard touchdown and the winning 68-yard TD in the fourth quarter of Malverne’s 30-22 win over host East Rockaway in Nassau IV Friday night. Johnson had four carries for 97 yards and added a two-point conversion run.

Cameron Wesley had 13 carries for 104 yards, including a 60-yard TD. Jace Richards caught a 52-yard TD pass from Jayden Jungra. Braylon Lewis had nine tackles and forced a fumble in the fourth quarter that led to Johnson’s winning score. Richards, Jestin Teasley and Chris Tucker each had eight tackles for Malverne (1-1). Jethro Jacquet ran for two TDs and a two-point conversion and Matthew Delligatti added a 15-yard TD run for East Rockaway (0-2).

Carle Place 12, West Hempstead 6: Thomas Schoch threw for 141 yards and ran in the winning 2-yard TD in the fourth quarter for visiting Carle Place (1-1). Ryan Leary caught five passes for 101 yards and a TD. Timmy Pendergast had a 7-yard TD run for West Hempstead (0-2).

Plainedge 45, Island Trees 6: Jaxson Torres threw for 197 yards and two touchdowns and added a TD run to lead host Plainedge (2-0) in Nassau IV. Dimitris Vardamaskos rushed for 100 yards and a TD on eight carries. Taylor Nitsch caught touchdown passes of 65 and 10 yards and Aidan Ryan ran for an 85-yard score. Markus Bazelais had 10 carries for 81 yards and a TD for Island Trees (1-1).

SATURDAY’S GAMES

North Shore 34, Lawrence 14: Casey Gates had eight carries for 69 yards and a TD and Joey Cristofari had eight carries for 62 yards and a TD and added 47 passing yards to lead visiting North Shore.

Lynbrook 47, Locust Valley 14: Chase Samelson completed 8 of 13 passes for 171 yards and three TDs and rushed for 41 yards and two TDs for visiting Lynbrook (2-0).

Braiden Houghtaling had a 20-yard TD run and Aidan Russo had a 68-yard TD run for Locust Valley (1-1).
