Derik Betances, JFK: He had 285 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns in a 57-42 loss to Eagle Academy II. His longest touchdown run was 92 yards.
Gavin Ledwith, Tottenville: The junior receiver had a breakout game, hauling in four catches for 114 yards and two TDs in a 38-35 win over Erasmus Hall.
Taj Woods, Thomas Jefferson: He rushed for 144 yards and three TDs in a 32-0 win over Lafayette. He also added a passing TD.
Roman Siniscalchi, New Dorp: He had nine carries for 146 yards and three TDs in a 38-20 win over DeWitt Clinton.
Egypt Reaves, Midwood: On just five touches, he had 165 all-purpose yards and one TD in a 35-6 win over Cardozo. He also had eight tackles on defense.
Asher Lipman, East Harlem: He went a perfect 8 of 8 passing for 103 yards and three TDs in a 38-6 win over Evander Childs.
Dylan McDonald, Madison: He had 10 tackles, five tackles for loss and a sack in a 28-12 win over New Utrecht.
Peter Jean-Baptiste, South Shore: He had nine tackles, including four for loss and four sacks, in a 48-6 win over Canarsie to help South Shore reclaim the trophy for the “Battle of the Floss.”
Sandro Patella, Wagner: He had four receptions for 117 yards and a TD. He also collected eight tackles in a 34-14 win over Fort Hamilton.
Isaac Sprung, Stuyvesant: He registered 14 tackles and four tackles for loss in a 36-20 win over Truman. Offensively, he contributed three receptions for 72 yards and a score.
Justin Ogbeide, Grady: He had nine tackles, including four for loss, and forced a safety in a 38-0 win over George Washington.
Eric Stubbs Jr., John Adams: He had four tackles for loss, two sacks and a 19-yard TD reception in a 20-8 loss to Bayside.
Martin Koppelman, Eagle Academy II: The junior QB completed 7 of 11 passes for 145 yards and three TDs, including a 42-yard scoring pass, in a 57-42 win over JFK.
Will Andrade, Curtis: He had seven carries for 102 yards and a TD. He added a 14-yard TD reception in a 41-7 win over Port Richmond.
Jaire Edwards, A. Philip Randolph: He had four tackles, two for loss and a fumble recovery in a 31-8 win over McKee/Staten Island Tech. Edwards and the Cougars defense held the opposition to under 50 yards rushing.
Joshua Okwuabueze, Petrides: He had 12 carries for 89 yards and two TDs in a 26-0 win over Stevenson.
Diego Diaz, Information Technology: He threw for 242 yards and added 35 rushing yards and two TDs in a 32-14 win over August Martin.
Davonte Francis, Franklin K. Lane: The sophomore had four tackles for loss and a sack. He also added 61 yards of offense and a TD on seven touches in a 28-6 win over Lehman.
Arthur Ray, Alfred E. Smith: He had four receptions for 68 yards and a TD in a 21-20 win over Frederick Douglass Academy. He also had a kick return for a score and added two tackles for loss and a sack on defense.
