Mariah Carey to visit LI record store to sign copies of new album

Another music superstar is headed to Looney Tunes Record Store in West Babylon, she's a hometown act.
Grammy-winning Long Island native Mariah Carey will sign copies of her recently released 16th studio album, "Here for It All," on Tuesday starting at 6 p.m., the store announced on its social media Monday.
Earlier in the day, Looney Tunes posted on Facebook, "HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT COMING TODAY!!!! Wow!!!! There’s another ICON coming to Looney Tunes!!!! #DIVA hope you don’t have plans for tomorrow night!!!" The store later revealed their special guest would be Carey, 56.
Looney Tunes has set several strict rules around the Carey event. Only those who purchase her new CD for $19.99, either at the store or on its website, will receive a wristband to attend.
The "Obsessed," "Heartbreaker" and "Fantasy" hitmaker will sign only copies of "Here for It All," and no photos or cameras will be allowed at the table. Fan can start lining up outside the store at 3 p.m.

Earlier this month, the Huntington-born Carey accepted the Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMAs, held at UBS Arena in Elmont.
