A man died in a car crash early Sunday morning in Selden and a woman has been arrested and charged with leaving the scene, the Suffolk County Police Department said Sunday.

A driver noticed a body and “vehicle debris” on College Road near Mooney Pond Road in Selden just before 1:30 a.m. and called 911, authorities said. When police officers arrived they found Randolph King, 36, of Selden, lying on the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Yeymi Sanchez-Guzman, 31, of Selden, was arrested and was to be arraigned Sunday in Central Islip.
