Westhampton house for sale is newly built, has water views

A new construction in Westhampton is on the market for nearly $3.2 million. The taxes are $17,500. The property is in the Westhampton Beach Union Free School District.

The postmodern build spans 4,291 square feet, and sits on a 0.28-acre lot. Located on South Road, the house contains five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.

There are primary bedrooms on both the first and second floors, and a lower level with additional space.

"All of the bedrooms are en suite," said Maria Cunneen, of Compass. She is co-listing the property with Tina Chrappa. "And there are two beautiful balconies off the second floor [bedrooms] that afford you nice water views of the Beaver Dam waterway."

The neighboring lot is owned by the Town of Southampton, and therefore cannot be built on, Cunneen added. "That's a really nice asset," she said.

The kitchen features high-end appliances, wine refrigeration, dual sinks and dishwashers and walls of windows and glass doors to maximize views of the backyard. This room was brought to life by an Italian designer, Cunneen said.

"It's ideal for entertaining, because the windows flow outside to the porch," she added.
