Evelyn Bavaro scored the winning goal in a shootout to lead visiting Harborfields to a 1-0 victory over East Islip in a Suffolk II field hockey game on Friday.

Juliet Gianfrancesco and Carly Sullivan also converted in the shootout and Mackenzie Doig made two saves in the shootout to preserve the win for Harborfields (6-1). Brooke McCally made three saves for East Islip (6-2).

Floyd 1, Smithtown East 0: Kaleigh Benson scored off an assist from Gianna Trotta to lead Floyd (6-2) in Suffolk I. Ava Tiedemann made nine saves. Riley Connelly made seven saves for Smithtown East (4-4).

Carle Place 1, Manhasset 0: Erin Morgan scored and Olivia Ketterhagen made six saves to lead Carle Place (5-2) in Nassau I. Megan Rice added three saves. Annie Spina made six saves for Manhasset (5-2).

Centereach 3, Riverhead 0: Blake Gullo scored two goals and Isabella Koch added a goal and an assist to lead Centereach (2-3) in Suffolk I. Casey Hubbard made 11 saves for Riverhead (3-4).

Ward Melville 6, Commack 0: Maddie Larsen and Madison Toth each scored two goals to lead Ward Melville (6-0) in Suffolk I. Meghan DeLaiarro made nine saves for Commack (2-5).

BOYS SOCCER

Ward Melville 3, Whitman 2: Elliot Burgueno had two goals and one assist and Myles Weber added one goal and two assists to lead Ward Melville (4-5) in Suffolk I. Christian Puopolo made five saves. Jayden Castro made six saves for Whitman (5-2-1).

East Islip 6, Eastport-South Manor 0: Jayden Torres had a hat trick and sophomore Zack Duryee had a goal and three assists for East Islip (4-4-1) in Suffolk II. Brady Ragusa and Bradan Strauss added a goal each in the win. Bryan Cuzzone made seven saves for Eastport-South Manor (0-8).

Deer Park 3, Comsewogue 1: Adrian Islas, Nicolas Flores and Mychael Lainez all scored a goal and Noah Ramirez dished for two assists to lead Deer Park (7-1) in Suffolk II. Christian Ladani scored and Bryan Udovich made five saves for Comsewogue (6-3).

Hauppauge 2, West Babylon 0: Ethan Kyle and Jack DiPasquale each scored to lead Hauppauge (3-5-1) in Suffolk II. Nico Mieles made seven saves in the shutout. Jake Whelan made seven saves for West Babylon (2-5-1).

Roslyn 4, Herricks 2: Avery Minsky had two goals and one assist to lead Roslyn (5-2-2) in Nassau III. Hannah Goldberg and Laila Weisser both scored a goal. Katelyn Thomas made six saves for Herricks (4-3-1).

Huntington 6, Whitman 1: Bella Duke had two goals and one assist, Norah Moskowitz had two goals and Cameron Smith added three assists to lead Huntington (3-5) in Suffolk I. Maria Yanes scored and Natali Orruego Cruz made six saves for Whitman (0-9).

Sayville 13, Amityville 0: Sofia Buffardi had two goals and an assist to lead Sayville (7-1-1) in Suffolk III. Riley Dolan and Makayla Farinhas both added two goals. Samantha Costa had a goal and three assists.

Mepham 1, Bethpage 1: Kaitlyn Tansey scored for Mepham (4-4-1) and Kylie Gallagher scored for Bethpage (4-2-2) in a Nassau II draw. Lia DiPreta made eight saves and Lucy Cummo stopped 11 shots in the tie.
