Ethan Famularo scored the go-ahead goal with 14 seconds left in the fourth quarter to lead Oceanside over host Seaford, 8-7, in a non-league boys lacrosse game on Friday.

Famularo finished the game with a goal and an assist. Brady Nardone led Oceanside (5-1) with two goals and an assist and Riley Hickham made 14 saves. Brian Falk scored four goals for Seaford, which fell to 3-4.

East Islip 12, Islip 7: Sean Hannigan had a goal and seven assists to lead East Islip (2-3) in Suffolk II. Brandon Kraft had five goals and an assist. Owen Madden scored four goals. Luke Rochford made 11 saves.

GIRLS LACROSSE

North Babylon 11, Copiague 6: Alyssa Cuevas had six goals and an assist to lead North Babylon (2-4) in Suffolk I. Vivian Mace also contributed three goals and an assist.

Division 16, Mineola 5: Nevaeh Motes had six goals and two assists to lead Division (5-2) in a non-league game. Hannah O’Connor had four goals, and Hailey Vecchio added two goals and three assists.

BASEBALL

Bellmore JFK 9, Calhoun 6: Derek Yormack allowed no hits and struck out 10 batters in five innings to lead Bellmore JFK (4-1) in Nassau AA-I. Dylan Babek and Frankie Stella had a three-run home run. Matt Tolipano had a single, sac fly, and two RBIs.

East Rockaway 12, Malverne 4: Ryan Sanabria allowed one run and struck out seven batters in four innings of relief to lead East Rockaway (3-1) in Nassau B. Sanabria went 3-for-5 with four RBIs. Daniel Miller went 3-for-4 at the plate with two runs and two RBIs. Jon Moya scored three times and James Giannotti drove in three runs.

SOFTBALL

Hicksville 1, Port Washington 0: Sam Leung struck out 12 batters in a complete game shutout, went 2-for-3 at the plate and scored the winning run to lead Hicksville (4-3) in Nassau III.

Hewlett 12, Baldwin 10: Coralia Savin allowed three earned runs with six strikeouts to lead Hewlett (3-1) in Nassau IV. Savannah Nicalek and Mya Murrel both had three hits. Alyssa Reich had three stolen bases.

THURDAY’S GAME

Seaford 1, Glen Cove 0: Madelyn Burgess had the game-deciding RBI in the top of the 10th inning to lead Seaford (3-3) in Nassau I. Rylie Betz tossed a one-hitter, striking out 19 batters in a complete game. Brooke Simmons struck out 17 batters for Glen Cove (3-2).
