High school roundup: Girls lacrosse, boys lacrosse and baseball

Grace Miller scored 12 goals and picked up seven draw controls to lead Bethpage to a 16-13 win over visiting Glenn in a non-league girls lacrosse game on Thursday.
Caroline O’Connell scored one goal and handed out seven assists, and Aubrey Travers added a goal and eight draw controls for Bethpage (6-1). Michaela Grever scored four goals and tacked on an assist for Glenn (2-1).
Locust Valley 11, North Shore 10: Elizabeth Vitale came up with a key interception, setting up Natalie Smith for the golden goal with 41 seconds left in the first overtime period for Locust Valley (3-1) in non-league. Tessa Matozzo tied the score at 10 with just 18 seconds remaining in regulation. Matozzo finished the game with five goal. Vitale totaled two goals and an assist and Smith added a goal and an assist. Natalie Yoo had two goals and three assists for North Shore (0-6).
BOYS LACROSSE
Clarke 8, East Meadow 7: Ryan Salveson scored the winning goal off an assist from David Quesada with five seconds remaining to lead Clarke (5-0) in non-league. Quesada finished with three goals and an assist. Noah Garner scored three goals for East Meadow (1-4).
Lindenhurst 21, Colonie 10: Joe Scavone IV had five goals and three assists to lead Lindenhurst (4-1) in non-league. Pat Sarnicola had four goals and three assists. Caiden Alazraki added three goals and two assists. Delvani Valdivia won 18 faceoffs.
BASEBALL
Farmingdale 2, Port Washington 1: Mark Reo hit a walk-off RBI single to score James Sebber in the seventh inning for Farmingdale (5-1) in Nassau AAA-I. Sebber led off the inning with a walk before stealing second base. Jake Mora entered in relief with two runners on and the score tied in the top of the seventh but escaped with a strikeout. Mateo Morales hit an RBI single to drive in Jonel Franco in the third inning to start the scoring before Leo Schindler tied it with a sacrifice fly, scoring Mark Itzikowitz for Port Washington (2-4). The Dalers’ Nick Toto and the Vikings’ Jake Wilber each allowed just one run in six innings pitched.
Bayport-Blue Point 6, Center Moriches 4: Ben Stuhler hit a grand slam with two outs in the top of the seventh in his varsity debut to give Bayport-Blue Point (4-1) the lead in Suffolk VII. Liam Phillips allowed four hits in five innings. Aidan Richman went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
