ISSUES

  • Renna highlighted clean water as a top priority and he hopes to support measures that protect the island's water at the county level.
  • He said public safety is another priority to help make sure the county police department and district attorney's office have the resources they need.
  • He said he's done a lot of work on economic development, and said the revitalization of downtown Lindenhurst is an area of expertise he can bring countywide. "Really honing in on that suburban life and making sure where we're keeping that is very important as well," he added.
