A 668-square-foot home in Rocky Point is on the market for $429,000. Taxes are $6,832. The ranch, built in 1962, contains two bedrooms and one bathroom.
"It's not a huge house," said listing agent Rebecca Edmundson, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. "But the kitchen ceilings are vaulted, which makes it feel a lot larger than it is, and there's a nice skylight in there."
The house is close to the private North Shore Beach, which requires a yearly membership for access. That includes a key and parking pass, totaling $700 for 2025 members. There is also a clubhouse that hosts social gatherings and ticketed events.
The property, on Dogwood Road, is close enough to the beach that a car may not be necessary to get there, Edmundson said.
"I think the best part of this house is the location," she added.

Some standout features include a back deck that can be accessed through glass doors in the kitchen, a backyard shed, central air conditioning, an insulated attic with pull-down steps and dual driveways.
"The paved driveway to the left, that would probably fit two to three cars," the agent said. "And then you have the pebble driveway to the right, so if you have Jet Skis or if you have a boat, you can store it there. Or you can just use it obviously for extra parking when you have guests over."

The property is in the Rocky Point Union Free School District.
"It's a very well-kept house," Edmundson said. "Everything's been maintained really nicely."
